Pretty easy to guess this one... but a nice shot

lovely lighting and composition, but the photo is soft due to you trying to save it from noise, and the focus is on her nose, I would have done her eyes. Next time when working with luminance, or whatever you use to reduce noise, make sure you you leave more detail, because in large view it looks like a painting, not a photo. But other than minor editing and focus issues, it's an amazing shot
