Take an artistic photo of a brick or multiple bricks. There can be other items in your photo but the focus must be on the bricks and it must take up at least 75% of the photo. Your shot can be one brick or many bricks (eg. a wall) or just a portion of a brick. Keep in mind, there is a difference between block and brick.
friiskiwi: Could we please have an explanation of the difference between block and brick. ( 5 years and 3041 days ago )
Contest Moderator: A brick is smaller and usually made of a clay composite. A block is larger and most often made of concrete and cinder. Bricks are meant to be seen as decorative as well as functional, blocks are mostly utilitarian and functional. ( 5 years and 3040 days ago )
Heathcliffe: So stoney type of building material eg for houses/country walls isn't really allowed ? ( 5 years and 3040 days ago )
Contest Moderator: No, stone as a building material is not brick and is therefor off-topic ( 5 years and 3039 days ago )

Nice shot !
But I have to agree with BeardedWorm. Color would have given more emphasis to the composition.
Here it looks like more cinder blocks than bricks.

In your shot the focus isn't on the bricks.........focus is on the stone wall
