thanks RayTedwell and iquraishi...... for iquraishi, it looks like it's glowing because i put a light pointing to the wall behind the white sphere. plus I used flash when i took the photo and the sphere was on a table.

Do you know I tried the same method in home but didn't get it.. I was actually aiming to photograph the water ripples..

Even i got this shot after trying so many times... its was tough for me to focus rain drops/circles in heavy rain.. more over it was so cloudy with almost no light lol
