I agree with Nator, the window is your focal point, the over-reaction of the sales manager adds nothing to the image, other than a bit of aggravation at her attempt at censorship...
The doorway also emphasizes the off-perpendicular angle, but not in a good way...

Cropped tighter....don;t you feel like a peeping tom.

I would have cropped the photo to eliminate the colored shape in the lower RH corner.

Excellent job of getting the verticals perpendicular, but he dead space on the left throws the balance off. I'd crop that, along with the window bottoms, to help the overall unity of the piece.

There is something about this photo that I really like, can't tell you what it is, but it had me looking at it for a long time. GL
