I've never seen a parking lot with a "No Swimming" sign before...

have you ever seen posts, trees and signs this high in water before either unless there was a flood? The posts are where cars park; just beyond those posts and that sign, there is a drop of about 3-4 feet where the river NORMALLY starts.
