Seriously... nice shot, but you might want to bump up the contrast just a touch

Agree with Kyricom, increasing the contrast or even brightness might be able to add more wow on your already splendid capture. It looks like a thorny spider Nice DOF too

It wasn't exactly huge, from what I remember it was probably less then an inch across.

This image would be greatly improved, if you open it in Photoshop and do an Auto Curves on it.
