I love all the fancy hood ornaments these old cars had. Be nice if they were still on cars, but nowadays idiots would just rip them off

To prevent ripping off the ornament from a new $300,000 Rolls Ghost, the Ecstasy hood ornament retracts inside the hood when the key is turned off. I'll bet the smart car doesn't do that.

Really love the shot. You may think about re-composing it though as the guideline states no model names to be in the photo only the manufacturer. Wouldn't want to see such a great entry removed.
