kyricom: Seems like we've had this discussion before. Personally, I think we ought to use the concept of "subsumtion." In other words, a "painting" is more specific than "graffiti." Or, all graffiti is a form of painting, but not all paintings are graffiti. We have had seperate graffiti themes, so this would be a seperate "paintings" theme. Graffiti should be off-theme (IMHO) ( 5 years and 3013 days ago )

Contest Moderator: Graffiti and stained glass will be allowed, the contest has no restriction on materials.
However the description mentions "The full painting has to be visible", this means there has to be some kind of ending of the painting showing, this means either a frame, the edge of a canvas, empty wall on graffiti. This means close ups will not be allowed. ( 5 years and 3012 days ago )
