The contrast, combined with the extreme angle, visually drag this down onto the left side. Cropping a bit of the white upper right corner to near the top of the street lamp will better balance this by giving that round shape more dominance, helping to pull the image into better unity.

Really nice photo, crisp, clean lines, good contrast and focus. I like the clarity of the wood grain in the floor and the table on the left.
