A bit too dark. It's more of a silhouette than a landscape, since you can't make out any land...We can't even "enjoy the sea," since there is so little of it visible in the silhouette...

You're right, you have to travel there to enjoy the sea
As it's a contre-jour the picture is very silhouette-like.
But it still meets the requirements for landscape photography.
"Landscape: a section or expanse of rural scenery,..., that can be seen from a single view point.
... including ... transitory elements such as lighting and weather condition."

This is so cool but I would personally tilt it to the right some. I love those spinny things though. Very cool!
