Speaking of the devil! It was some ten days or so ago, when disaster struck. The place across an empty lot from where I live, caught fire in the pre-dawn hours. We were awakened by the Police, and the fire-fighters, warned to stay alert, keeping our eyes peeled just in case...
Out of some sort of perversion, instead of reaching for a water hose, I reached for my camera.
The two story residence was completely destroyed, but the fire fighters did a splendid job out of keeping the blaze from spreading. Thank goodness, no-one was hurt.
Maybe after the contest is over, I'll upload in the forum a photo of what was left of the house. (5 years and 2892 days ago)
