Checking the hi Res version, looks like the focus is a little soft for this subject. Otherwise a nice capture.

Interesting bird... great composition, like how the lines bring u into the bird... not to bad with the exposure in a tough lighting condition, just some blown out highlights on the birds chest. great photo though, thanks for sharing

On looking at the high resolution the bird looks very pixlelated and blotchy, as if the brightness was overly increased or over sharpened. Nice pose and composition though.
