Great exposure and wonderful colours and details. My only suggestion would be to crop a bit tighter, removing the dead-space from behind it's tail feathers, which will have your subject leading into the scene as opposed to being completely centered. Nice work!

Thanks for your comment but I decided to stay with the rule of thirds, keeping the head of the bird in the right, top sector.
Well, it was quite a scene, friiski. I was on the standby, with the shutter of my cam squeezed half way down while screaming my head off, trying to shoo away the one that was perched on top of the cement block, so that I could capture it the moment it took off, when the other one appeared out of the blue. The Egyptian crew of a fishing boat moored nearby, had a field day pissing themselves laughing with my antics.

highlights are a lil blown out of the birds head, but the use of depth of field is good and the use of the bill to bring u into the picture is well done. thanks for sharing

I was loading my boat when I saw this Osprey hovering over a grass flat on the river bend. I scrambled for my camera and was able to get a string of photos including this one of the Osprey doing what they do.. Fishing.. (5 years and 2937 days ago)
What a sharp photo but little bit centered
Nice shot
Can you please provide the shot detail (exif data) ? what lens do you have ? Thanks.
