For this contest you have to take a picture of a city skyline. If you find a good spot and a good light, this can turn into a real work of art. It is preferable that you aim for high buildings and at night, for a great impact. But other versions are also accepted. Good luck!
kyricom: High buildings? Well... we DO have a two story building in the village ( 5 years and 2787 days ago )
Heathcliffe: Haha kyricom. I have the exact same problem. Our 'capital' city has probably max of 4 floors. :p ( 5 years and 2787 days ago )
nem: C'mon, churches are usually higher than two or four floors ( 5 years and 2787 days ago )
kyricom: We had two churches, but one burned down. The other one is onlt one story. ( 5 years and 2786 days ago )
nem: My sympathies. Maybe I ask my son to create a skyline with his legos? ( 5 years and 2786 days ago )
MnMCarta: I have never seen a church with more than one story. Maybe really high cielings and possibly a closet or office but a two story available for viewers n such i have not. ( 5 years and 2783 days ago )
Contest Moderator: A skyline is the overall or partial view of a city's buildings and structures against the sky. ( 5 years and 2783 days ago )
kyricom: Is there a minimum number that needs to be present to make a "skyline," or is one or two ok? ( 5 years and 2782 days ago )
Contest Moderator: There should be more than one building, as for the minimum, I guess that would depend on how well the photo fits the theme. ( 5 years and 2782 days ago )
Howdie stranger! If you want to participate in this contest, just:
The HDR effect is a bit harsh, with the halo effect on the right, and the grayed out clouds on the left, but the accentuated cloud effect in the blue helps rescue the overall image.
