eco, this is an HDR image. Basically you take three or more exposures at different exposures (Light, normal,dark. etc) then have a program combine them to get such great detail as you see here. Very cool with the colored buildings against the gray background. However, I think I would have straightened the pic relative to the background tower and then done some lens correction to see if the mast could be straightened as well. Then I would experiment with boosting the saturation for a bit more drama.
