There are thousands of bands out there with truly inspired or interesting names....Ben Folds Five, Foo Fighters, Five for Fighting, to name a few. Then there are those bands of the 80's that resonate....Tears for Fears, Wham!, OMD, Pet Shop Boys, Frankie Goes to Hollywood, (Prince and) the Revolution,... to name a few. Take a photograph that represents a band's name. Be creative and think outside the box. Show us your interpretation of your favorite bands' name!

" So are we looking for ONE name bands from the 80's or ANY band from the 80's or what? Because although the goal states "ONE NAME BANDS" only one of the bands as a reference has a single word in the name? ( 5 years and 2705 days ago )

Wayne Cheah: I do believe it can be from any era. The 80s was mentioned merely as an example. The photo should "represents" the band's name, and not a photo of the band or its name. For example to represent the band "The Rolling Stone", I suppose you take a photo of a stone or stones rolling? ( 5 years and 2705 days ago )

photogirl723: Yes, any era. When I suggested this, I had actual one-name bands listed (Journey, Asia, Styx, Foreigner). It was changed. But it was just an example. So any band, any era.

Formed by Don Henley in 1971 and inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998. Too many great songs to list. This shot this out my back door quite by surprise. They grabbed each other claw to claw and tumble towards the ground behind some trees. Wish I had captured the whole sequence. (5 years and 2702 days ago)
