Railings are found all over in our societies. They are seen outside schools, churches, graveyards as well as houses. Take some artistic shots of railings for us to enjoy. Other things can be in the shot, but the railings must be the prime focus of the image.

photogirl723: There is a difference. A fence is that used to seclude an area; generally installed into the ground. A railing is that which assists, guides or augments a bridge, walkway, stairwell, etc.
A porch railing, for example, is a perfect example of railing.
A white picket fence....a fence, not a railing.
