Well done! I feel that the highlight on the apple is a little too hot and I think I would like to see the top of the wine bottle in the shot. Perhap a little more Depth of Field (Dof) so that the foreground elements (knife handle) were nice and sharp too (no pun intended )

I was thinking that a lower POV would be better but on second look I thin it suits the classical painting style that you were going for. I would probably crop the dark patch on the RHS
