This isn't as sharp as it could be, you probably need a faster shutter speed ie. 1/1000 sec for sport

agree with FH.. a sharper shot makes this a really good shot...also try and get the feet in the picture also at least of the main focal point/player.

If this is a video game (which I doubt), I want to know the developers who made it! The detail of the field imperfections (scuff marks and sod bits pulled up), and the physical positioning of the players' hands (one on an opposing player's elbow, one on the goal side post, one with his wrist bent behind him) make this one of the most realistic game engines I've ever seen - and honestly, one I've never seen any game come even close to...

nice snap shot.. i've learned to like soccer over the years of taking pics of it. defently not the easiest game to shoot if both teams are evenly matched and moving up and down the field

I think this would be a stronger shot if the focus was on the 'pyramid' of players and the ball with out all the other distractions. As it is, the action leads our eyes straight out of the shot.
