Square Format is a picture where the image size (width and height) are the same. There is a new trend of photography in this format, and there are whole groups devoted to them. Your mission is to take an interesting picture, and then if you have to you can crop it to create a square photograph. What's in the picture is up to you, but because this is an open theme you will probably have to work extra hard for it to stand out. Good luck.

Interesting ... The format really favors the photo ... The same angle and the result has changed a bit ... Looking at it, it seems that without the frame helped to create the kaleidoscope effect that kyricon mentioned ...

Love to see an sbs, what fruit is that inside the shot glass?
author says:
I can't provide sbs because the set is now removed. I try to explain how I got this shot: the glass with a berry is located behind the bottle, the background is my lcd tv on, I lit the berry from above with a small torch, for about half a second. Manual mode, shutter speed 8 sec. aperture F/16.
Is this the eiffel tower?
eco you ruined my disguise ...
although it is impossible to disguise La Dame de Fer...
Sorry there author, was not my intention at all, but the colums are a good clue... nice pic, love the angle.

you might be right. The standing point is the same, but the result is quite different .
Funny to think that you were on the exact same spot on earth
