What happens if you drop milk into water? Or paint, dye, grease... Right, they form flows of 2 (or more) different colored liquids mixing up. This contest is about photographing these flows. You can find an example here. We can find better angles, colors and liquids to mix up and produce some awesome looking photos. Have fun!
Status: finished. Check out the winners below!
friiskiwi: The way I understand the goal, you have to mix 2 different types of liquids? ( 5 years and 2456 days ago )
oziipop: can you guys.... (and you know which two I'm talking about) show us how its done, cause I really want to know ( 5 years and 2452 days ago )
robvdn: @ozzipop: simply put: it's a matter of choosing a high ISO 3200+, having a lot of light on your subject and keep your camera firing. Here's an article about Markus Reugels from THE EYE in which it is explained: http://the-eye-mag.com/markus-reugels-waterdrops-like-you-never-seen-them-before/ ( 5 years and 2451 days ago )

Thanks for the comments, As to how I did it, coloured water in a bag with a small hole above a plate of milk, and then lots and lots of tries, with the milk gradually getting more and more blue, with a nice marble pattern as the only movement in the milk was the drops falling.
"Clinge says: That's going to be my next project Where did you put the flash if i may be so curious?"
Usually I use an off camera flash, but for this one I used the on-camera flash.
