Not nessasary, just was curious why the water was not reflecting the redish hue of the over head sky .More of a wonder to me than a question for you. gl author.

I accidently deleted the comment questioning the painting look to this. A lot of it had to do with the colors of the scene. Really but the painterly option in photomatix with a raise in blacks is what I did for this.

from an overlook of the city, the sun burning up the clouds just before sunset...The clouds won however.

not sure what reflection you are looking to see on this HDR but I can upload the three images that were combined to make this if you would like.
