That's an unusual snake (at least for here). What kind is it?
I asked it, but it wouldn't tell me. I believe it's moderatly poisonous
Poked around a little bit. I think it's a Red-necked Keelback. It mainly eats fish and tadpoles etc. It is poisonous, but is "back fanged," meaning it has to chew on its prey to release the poison. Interesting. Thanks for the motivation to find out about it.
