Great, perhaps the small tuff of highlighted hair on top is a bit distracting and also it upsets the desired symmetry of the facial shadows & highlights. The bright areas on the lower part of the jacket, IMHO, add too many unnecessary eye-catching elements to what I understand is meant to be a face-intensive image?
