Intending to be constructive in my criticism,
here's a couple of tips:
1 Tilted horizons are rarely good for compositions. Exceptions might be an abstract fill the frame type shot.
2. Use a tripod for low light or dark shots like this. It
eliminates camera shake and produces a sharp image.
3. The flash used in this shot spoiled the color splash from the spots beneath the fountains.
Following these tips would have taken this photo from a bad snapshot to a contender.
