Beautiful bird, but unless he's very religious, you probably mean that he's a bird of "prey"

At high resolution this looks really good, the exposure the composition and the focus are all excellently done. And it really looks nice in black and white.

it's a (russian) tradition. when couple get married they attach lock with their names and wedding date to bridge handrail. In eastern europe countries you can see handrails full of locks.
