Wayne Cheah: In this contest, do we distinguish between a "blur" and a "zoom"? ( 5 years and 2281 days ago )
friiskiwi: Not sure what you mean, Wayne, I assume we are talking about 'Blur filters' ( 5 years and 2280 days ago )
Wayne Cheah: I noticed that "radial blurs" actually create an effect similar to "zooms", (which is where "radial" comes in), thus "blurring" the fine line between them? My knowledge in this area is miniscule, but all, in any case, are "filters"? ( 5 years and 2279 days ago )
f11: What about using a blurring lens -- there's Lensbaby, Holga, free lensing, you name it. Does it have to be an electronic blur made with software? ( 5 years and 2277 days ago )
Contest Moderator: For this contest the blurring effect has to be added afterwards with software. Normally we can not do that, the other methods you mention can usually be used. ( 5 years and 2277 days ago )
