The vapor and droplets come from this archaic 'device', an old, Frankenstienesque, apparent atomizer that is plugged in, and submerged into water...for the sole purpose of (as far as we knew) making little clouds and a messy, tiny fountain...[the small, red blur is it's "ON" indicator light] (5 years and 2279 days ago)
