Contest Moderator: Since this theme specifically references the "White on White" contest, we will follow the precedent set in that. Black and white photos will be off theme. Also, there should not be any color other than black. Photograph a black object against a black background (the opposite of shooting the white object against a white background). Thank you, I worked hard for this one. Had one disqualified and didn't upload another, when I saw how strict the black on black was. Had to start from scratch.
Strange how difficult it was to get our minds around 'black on black' while 'white on white' was quite easy to visualise.
