Judging by the low rating that I received on this one, others felt the same way as you. If the moderators don't feel that it needs to be removed, the votes ultimately tell you how appropriate your shot was. I got both a first and a nearly last in this contest. I agree completely with the results. This is the great learning tool of this site, it is peer judged and not ruled over by self appointed "experts", so it is a fair indication of the appeal of your entry. The vote of older members weighs higher than newer members, for the longer that you participate, the better that you become at judging(and reading the instructions thoroughly!).
