Contest Moderator: No, decaying food or plant matter is only an example, the theme also says things decaying because of environmental factors and human induced decay. BUT... the key is something should actually be in a state of decay. So, a tree with no leaves because of winter is not decaying, it's just dormant. ( 5 years and 1194 days ago )
