still26: I have been trying for two days to change mp4 into GIF. Have tried numerous links, which all sound easy enough to follow...yet I just cannot transfer it into GIF. Does anyone have a good link to follow? H E L P ( 5 years and 802 days ago )

still26: Yes, I'm using PS but I'm OK now. After two days of torture, teeth gnashing, hair pulling I finally got it and I offer up the link that helped me. There are many tutorials available on You Tube but this one was the easiest

I used the very old software "Animation Shop" (2003) that came with older versions of PaintShop Pro. Very simple to use and very effective
