I had some Camembert for our 3 o'clock coffee break, with apple. Very expensive over here in Thailand. Cheese and cars are more expensive here than in Toronto. huh???

I love it and I love it as sushi nigiri. The texture is well seen and what a great entry for a "hanging" contest (next time). The colours are true and nothing is overcooked.
