Love the juxtaposition of overhang and the distant building. Do you think this shot could use a splash of brightness as it seems a bit flat.

Glad there is no charge for your haiku - I will use it if I may. I just crudely added the three components and labelled them 'haiku'. Now you have supplied an actual haiku. Pxleyes is just great for interaction based round photos.

Nice idea but I can't see enough detail on the statue to get a full feel for what it is a statue of.

She looks like she is already in heaven. Is this a belly button POV, meaning you shot it at belly button level? Had you come down and shot up that feeling of looking up would have been stronger. I like the grunge effect and changing to b/w was the way to go. I also like Brenda

Sort of tourist shot and nothing wrong in that,but also agree a lower nearer angle would make her a bit more stronger in this,b/w was the way to go in this.
