Funny enough I disagree with olga,think it would have better had they both been working,but that aside I still like it

Raining hats and I instantly thought of "raining cats and dogs"...LOL The multitude of hats works for me but those shadows cast do draw on our eyes.

I think a bit of a tighter crop at the sides would have enhanced this photo, although the "gold" does titillate. You have fantasticated this image well with exposure and saturation.

Yes you are right - a tighter crop would have been better especially to accentuate the idiom. The idiom comes from 'The Merchant of Venice' and it is 'glisters'. It was changed to 'glitters' very recently.

Certainly an idiom,but not sure that suits this image as such
