EGADS the texture is lovely and he is right in our face meaning your pov is very well done to engage us. The marginal space a wee bit tight but appropriate. Finely focused with softness through the back to keep us focused on the hare, good entry.

Yes, this is orange and fits the criteria for the contest! As a photograph it doesn't somehow transmit excitement and feels "happy snappy shot". We do not know what those fellas are doing and the amputation of the boat makes me curious as to how long it is...a mystery. It feels incomplete. However, from a technical standpoint you have nailed it. The image is sharp and that is a feat because the boat is moving and you have the exact shutter speed to freeze this nicely, furthermore the colours are natural and your contrast is well done as well showing good dynamic tones within the image.
