The emotive element of this image is strong and makes it a winner in my eyes. Your technical skills are evident as is your artistic lean!

This is a metaphorical image that brings to mind "Him". I find this to be a very intimate image and therein lies its strength. You could have easily used a gradient tool at perhaps 15 % to draw in the corners and make "Him" pop out at us even more. Technically well done, sharp, well contrasted, the ice is white not blue, good exposure. Overall a lovely post.

This surely looks cool. See that white pole coming out of the glass in the background? It looks like another straw but I see it isn't! The colour palette of this image in cool blues also adds to the beauty.

Yes does look cool and also think that white pole does slightly distract,but not a big issue
