Lovely lead lines shown by the fence and the path itself winds us through the image. Have you considered cropping up to eliminate all that softness of the path at the bottom? The white halo effect around the tree....overprocessing?
This path appears to be winding around a dam or lake?
The water is very white. I am wondering if it is overexposed due to fog and sunlight reflections?
If it was originally shot in RAW, you can fix that and try to get back some detail in the water. If it was shot as JPEG, I don't think there is anything that can be done about it.

I agree with still about cropping the blurred section off the bottom.

The trees make a lovely shady arch over the road.
You have a lot of chromatic aberation in this photo.
This tut shows you how to get rid of it...

Thanks Skyangel, I fixed with Lightroom, hope now the picture looks better
The chromatic aberration is still apparent on the edges of the trees. I tried the link that skkyangel provided and the only one that worked for me was the clone the edges technique. I think this would work for your image too. A good photograph with considered compositional style and cropping.

Hey, I was here....I'm sure of it. Image is not in focus although it does look better in high resolution. A colourful autumnal path that stills the beating of my heart.

Yes, it was a large file so it doesn't look in perfect focus here. That's why we look in high resolution. But, if you were there, you know how peaceful it is.
