The recipe says to leave them out on the rack to dry for 24 hours. If I did that in this country within 3 minutes the fruit would be covered by ants, flies, and geckos. Impossible! I can get dried sugared mango, papaya and ginger (which I put in husband's oatmeal).

I do not have a stove. Life is tough ummmm no, why am I saying that?
