Believe it or not, this photo was taken just before sunrise on one of the coldest mornings I've ever experienced. Most of what you see in the trees is frost.
IMHO, few places on this planet rival Alaska for it's abject beauty. It is Paradise on Earth.

Jawshoewhah, that is funny! I don't like the cold either (grew up in central California) but it's so amazingly awesome there, I get past the cold pretty quick.
