i think maybe the light is too birght, opening the aperture and speeding up the shutter speed just a little can help with this....Nice shot though
The aperture was 2.8 and the shutter speed 1/1700, and the maximum is 2.8, and 1/2000
then try a different angle
Or a lower the iso. tho you should CLOSE the aparture. the F-number should be bigger.

original thinking on where to find your curl. I probably wouldn't have even thought of using a filiment from a light bulb. GL
