I used ambient light in a room, shot at a very low shutter (1/8 or 1/4 of a sec.) at asa/iso 1600, wide open. My camera was arms length away and elevated. I moved my head left to right for the enhanced blur.
Made B&W, sharpen, levels and healing brush to remove some speckles.
