I guess this is some kind of design or something on a wall and that extra light source is on the floor facing upwards..?
Quite close iquraishi.
The light sources are 2 & their not facing upwards but sideways.
I used flash & a reflector to fill the "curves" from both sides!
I thought as much it would be you..

It's a piece of a paper with a single red wine drop on it...
Rotated 180 degrees.
Lighted with a external flash & a flash light.
The black piece on the background is a black piece of paper.
