A dead dolphin?
some kind of fishing lure..?
I agree with karaflazz, maybe it's a dead dolphing in the water, turned upside down, tied down with a rope. What happened?
with looking at the title of the entry.. "What why how" I'll go with karaflazz.. a dead dolphin.. sadly..
looks like a dolphin mummy hanging from a ceiling...
so what is it author..?
sorry it took me so long to answer, I've been away. Yes it is a dead overturned dolphin tied to a rope from a dock. Supposedly, the dolphin washed up dead and some researchers did stuff to try to figure out why it washed up--that is why it is on a rope. The sun had leathered its skin. I thought it was fake at first.
