I think it pre-dates expresso machines.

let me guess.. the picture is flipped vertically and hhmm.. looks like the pic has been taken from low angle of a bicycle seat..
if not flipped.. the pic definitely looks to be part of bicycle..
Wheat Grass Juicer?
Iquraishi is pretty close. It is part of a vintage Villier motorcycle. The photo isn't flipped. The bottom horizontal cylinder is, I think, the air filter for the engine, the coil looks like it is the fuel pipe from the tank which loops round and goes into the bottom of the vertical chrome cylinder. beyond that, I cannot say.
