Though I didn't really focus on the tie at first. the flower takes too much of the attention :O
with a shot like this, you could afford an 'artistic crop' and crop out some of the flower, to make the tie more noticeable. People are too worried about chopping the top of someone's head off, don't be, it is perfectly acceptable if done in an artistic way!
I agree with the others about the flower. Still a nice picture though---it would work great in the contest this week for being sexy
