This could be a nice shot, if it wasn't so light and the horizon was straightened.
I think it's too blown out to begin with. Straitening the horizon might help but your best bet is to replace it with an image not so blown out or crop out most of the sky and put more focus on the rails.
You are quite right jawshoewhah, I had a play with it, and it's to blown out to save.
i have a better copy, i was in class when i posted this one and it was all i had access to. i will repost, thanks for the constructive critisism
