Well it does say it has to be within 60 to 90 degree angle and I think this is close to that. But I can see what you mean, M.

i was sitting on the ground when taking this looking up. I thought it was on topic.
it sure looks UP to me and looks like at least 2/3 of the way straight up which is 60 (30 =1/3 60=2/3 90 = 3/3)
