Um, this is probably IMO but this is not exactly a Motion Bokah (I don't know what else to call it) when there's one subject in focus and the rest of the shot is out of focus due to motion blur. The only thing in motion is the train. But I'm not flagging it. The mods can decide.

If the people you were shooting were the ONLY thing in the shot in focus with the train moving in the background, it would be more on theme. But in this shot, just the train is moving. It's kind of like the opposite of what the contest is asking for. I posted some good examples of what I expected as far as what entries should be in the contest comments. Maybe that will help.
