Sorry author, but this is more like the opposite of the contest goal. If everything else was in motion blur besides the baby, it would be more on theme. Remember, the goal is to focus in on a single subject while the rest of the shot is in motion blur.
It's amazing how a blank picture gets 207 votes! Such imaginations people have these days! WAIT I SEE IT!!! It's pink elephants marching around right? hehehe..
